SMS Terms & Conditions.
These terms explain how clinic text messages work, how to get help, and how to stop receiving SMS messages.
Effective May 7, 2026
Program description
Time Extend Acupuncture may send SMS messages to help with appointment inquiries, scheduling, appointment reminders, follow-up logistics, and general clinic communication.
The SMS program is administrative. It is not for emergencies, urgent medical questions, or diagnosis by text.
Opt-in consent
You may opt in by giving the clinic your mobile number and agreeing to receive SMS messages in an intake, booking, or clinic communication flow, or by starting a text conversation with the clinic.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of receiving acupuncture or Chinese medicine services. You may call or email the clinic instead.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and communication with the clinic. You may receive replies to inquiries, scheduling messages, reminders, and follow-up logistics.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for SMS messages or data according to your wireless plan.
Stop messages
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. We also honor common opt-out words such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE.
After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message. After that, we will not send further SMS messages unless you opt back in or contact the clinic again by text.
Get help
Reply HELP to a clinic SMS message for support information. You may also call (925) 393-9525 or email admin@timextendacupuncture.com.
Privacy
Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent records, and phone numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS delivery may involve service providers and wireless carriers that help send messages, maintain opt-out records, and troubleshoot delivery. Please read the Privacy Policy for more detail.
Delivery and carrier limits
SMS delivery is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier, device, location, and network conditions.
No emergency use
Do not use SMS for emergencies or urgent medical needs. Call 911 or seek urgent medical care if you need immediate help.
